When you build a leather seat for a motorcycle valued at more than $100,000 or an interior for a vehicle worth more than $1 million, details are not optional.

Eddie Barrett began developing his craft long before social media made custom work instantly visible.

His designs and leather work have appeared through automotive and motorcycle television programming, including Two Wheel Tuesday, Celebrity Build, West Coast Customs and Home Built Hot Rods, as well as music videos, specialty publications, major shows and events around the world.

That history is shared for a reason.

Not to live in the past, but to provide clarity about where these products come from and confidence in the experience behind them.

Eddie Barrett is not built around producing enormous quantities of identical products.

Some pieces are handcrafted individually in our Connecticut studio. Others are designed or selected by Eddie and produced with carefully chosen makers capable of meeting our standards. The origin, materials and production details will be clearly identified with each product.

Regardless of how a piece is produced, the standard remains the same:

Throughout this page, you will see selected work from Eddie’s past alongside the products being created today. Some projects were commissioned at values far beyond the pieces offered in our current collections. They are presented not to make everyday products feel inaccessible, but to demonstrate the experience, design judgment and attention to detail behind them.

Every Eddie Barrett original and qualifying limited-edition piece is documented within the Eddie Barrett Archive and accompanied by identifying information establishing its authenticity and place in our history.

Once a one-of-one piece is sold, it will remain visible in the archive.

It may inspire something new, but it will never be reproduced exactly.

TIMELESS DOES NOT MEAN UNCHANGING

A timeless product should remain relevant without remaining frozen in place.

New materials, colors and designs will continually enter the collection. Certain pieces will be produced in limited numbers. Others will appear only once.

This allows the collection to evolve while preserving the individuality that makes each piece meaningful.

You may not always find the same product twice.

That is intentional.
